Peace Hospice Care fundraising director resigns

The director of fundraising at Peace Hospice Care has resigned after eight months in the role.

Sue Plummer, chief executive of the charity, announced the news of Tony Feasey’s resignation with “great sadness” today.

She added: “Tony has led the Fundraising Team during a challenging economic time and has overseen some big events including the Starlight Walk, Push it for the Peace and a House of Lords fundraiser. “I would like to thank Tony for leading the team during this time and on behalf of the Hospice wish him every future success.”

Mr Feasey has resigned following a mutual agreement with the charity.
