The parents of a young boy who was found in Watford today have now been located by police.
The three-year-boy was found by a member of the public at around 1.20pm in The Gossamers. The parents of the child could not be located however police can confirm that the boy has now been identified and the parents traced.
A 48-year-old man from Watford has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect and is currently in police custody while inquiries continue.
