Nine new affordable homes have become available in Bushey.
The two bedroom apartments at Queen’s Acre, off Aldenham Road, are shared ownership homes, which allows first time buyers to buy their own home by purchasing a share in a property and paying subsidised rent on the remaining share.
The apartments, owned by Hightown Homes, are valued from £235,000 and shared owners can buy a 50% share from £117,500. They can buy further shares when they can afford to, until they eventually own the property outright.
Eva Hollands, Hightown Homes’ sales manager, said: "Shared ownership is an easy and affordable way for first-time buyers to get a foot onto the property ladder.
"Our new homes in Bushey offer a mix of town living with convenient access to the open countryside."
The apartments will be ready for buyers to move in by March 2014. For more information contact Eva on: 01442 292381.
