Man quizzed in connection with alleged park rape
Detectives investigating an alleged rape in a Watford park have identified a man who is helping them with their enquiries.
A CCTV appeal was launched on the Watford Observer website after an 18-year-old woman reported she had been raped in St John’s Road Park.
The alleged incident happened between 2am and 4am on Saturday, December 28 after the woman left Oceana night club in High Street.
Anyone with information can telephone PC Dale Morris on 101, citing crime reference number C1/13/5850, or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
