Workplace provider Regus in Rickmansworth and Watford is supporting Woolly Hat Day on Friday, January 31, to raise money for St Mungo’s, a charity which helps thousands of people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness each year.
The charity provides housing, health and work projects across London and the South East.
Regus will be fundraising and also offering a free Business Lounge one-day pass to anyone who visits the centre sporting a hat during the day.
John Spencer, CEO of Regus said: “Woolly Hat Day is a fantastic fundraising event which raises vital funds to support people who do not have a roof over their head.
“We’re hoping that lots of other local workplaces as well as schools and individuals will be supporting our variety of fundraising events and joining us in wearing woolly or other fun hats on January 31. ”
Anyone wishing to take part or make a donation can do so at the Regus centres at Cardinal Point, Park Road, Rickmansworth, and Clarendon Road in Watford. Or donate online at www.justgiving.com/RegusUKcentres or by texting HATS77 and the amount (e.g. HATS77 £2) to 70070.
