The mother of the Bushey school girl who died after a car accident remains in a critical condition, and has not regained consciousness since the accident last month.
Samantha Hyde, 46, was taken to hospital after a car mounted the kerb at a bus stop in Stanmore on December 17.
Ms Hyde's 11-year-old daughter Lily-Rose Murphy, who was a pupil at Bushey Academy, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 69-year-old driver was questioned under caution but no arrests have been made. Police confirmed investigations are still ongoing.
