A road is closed after a car accident outside a school in Radlett this morning.
Police, ambulance and fire crews were called to the incident outside NAS Radlett Lodge School in Harper Lane at just after 9.30am.
Two fire crews from St Albans attended and had to use cutting equipment to free a woman, thought to be in her 40s, from her vehicle. She was treated for neck pain and taken to Watford General Hospital just after 10.30am.
The two cars involved were a silver Mercedes estate and Subaru estate.
The road is closed between A5183 Watling Street and B5378 Shenleybury while investigations take place.
