Over night apparently. When does night begin.........10.00p
m, 11.00pm midnight? The writing on the signs is so small it's impossible to read from a moving car. So someone could live in West Watford arrive at the roadworks and presumably have to go back to Rickmansworth and come in down Tolpits Lane. They'll be chuffed!

It's 8pm to 6am - so good luck to all the late commuters getting home. I have no idea how I am going to get back from Watford, was going to get the bus but I assume they'll all be stopped or on a massive division via London?
