Mental health patients have been reassured their details are safe after computers were stolen from a Watford centre.
Colne House, in Upton Road, which is run by Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, was burgled on Friday night and up to 11 computers were taken.
Today a spokesman for the trust said: "We were disappointed that Colne House was targeted by thieves, especially as we only celebrated its official opening recently.
"All our computers are encrypted so there is no danger of confidential information being lost or accessed by the thieves. However, some of our staff had personal items stolen, which has been distressing for them.
"Thankfully the theft has not impacted on our services and we are operating as normal and assisting the police in their investigation."
