A pub in Letchmore Heath is holding a baby shower charity event to raise money for the Make-A-Wish-Foundation.
The event is being organised by Yamuna and Thibeault David, who want to raise £1,000 for the charity, which grants wishes to children aged from three to 17 living with a life-threatening condition.
Yamuna and Thibeault David, from Jasmine Cottage, said: "We chose this charity because although we feel very fortunate to be having a healthy baby, we appreciate that this does not apply to all parents and families.
"Therefore we would really like to help raise money for the charity, so they are able to grant more magical wishes for children and families in the UK."
The event will take place at 2pm on March 1 at The Three Horseshoes Pub, in Letchmore Heath. To donate visit www.justgiving.com/TheDavids
