Transport for London has announced the services it will try and run during this week’s 48 hour strike.

The Rail, Maritime and Transport (RMT) Union and Transport Salaried Staffs' Association (TSSA) have called strikes in response to the loss of 950 jobs as a result of London Underground’s plans to close all tube station ticket offices.

This week’s strike will start at 9.30pm on Tuesday and services will not be back to normal until Friday morning.

On Wednesday and Thursday, between 7am and 11pm, trains on the Metropolitan Line will run between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Aldgate, meaning they will not call at Watford.

The second strike will take place from 9.30pm on Tuesday, February 11 until the morning of Friday, February 14.

I trust Mr Crowe, who earns £130k+ , lives in a council home enjoyed his very expensive holiday/cruise in Brazil last week. He was looking nicely tanned as he walked to County Hall today.

I don't understand why people have a problem with his salary.
He's payed through his Union members subscriptions and not from the public purse.
Therefore it's his business where chooses to holiday.

Boris was re-elected on his pre-election promise of "No Ticket Office Closures", But when travellers are attacked late nights on their way home from the office\club and find no one to report the incident to, you'll complain about the lack of public safety. This trike isn't about pay increases, it's about the safety & confidence of those that use the tube network and often travel alone. Will that one day be your Daughter?

Don't be so short-sighted and easily distracted by Boris' sound bites! make a valid argument or shut up.
