Watford occasionwear store, Browns & Co. in Charter Place, closes down

Watford Observer: Watford charity benefits from store's closure Watford charity benefits from store's closure

A store that has been in Charter Place since 1996 closed its doors on Friday.

Browns & Co. went out on a generous note, donating 100 items of occasion wear to one of Watford New Hope Trust’s charity shops.

The volunteers who run the Watford charity shop, in Queens Road, were delighted to be given such a generous donation, and intend to put them on sale in time for school proms.

The proceeds from the sale of these items will go towards helping some of the most vulnerable members of the community.

Although Browns & Co.’s physical shop has closed, their online shop is still open and accessible via www.brownsandco.com.
