10-year-old girls taken to hospital after being hit by car
Two 10-year-old girls have been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in South Oxhey.
Police and paramedics were called to the pedestrian crossing in Prestwick Road at 4.19pm yesterday following the accident involving a blue Volkswagen Golf.
The scene was cordoned off until 6.15pm as police carried out an investigation.
Officers said yesterday both girls were in a stable condition.
