The mother of a Bushey schoolgirl who died after a car accident last year is now in a more stable condition.
Lily-Rose Murphy's mother Samantha Hyde, 46, of Samuel Close, Stanmore, was taken to hospital after a car mounted the kerb at a bus stop in Stanmore on Wednesday, December 18.
Her 11-year-old daughter, who was a pupil at Bushey Academy, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Ms Hyde had been in a "critical but stable" condition until last week, when the Metropolitian Police confirmed she is now in a stable condition.
