Plans for five bedroom house in Radlett road approved
Plans to demolish a bungalow in Radlett to build a new five bedroom house have been approved.
Hertsmere Borough Council met on Thursday to discuss the proposal for Newberries Avenue in Radlett.
One objection to the proposal was received in regards to the overall size and bulk of the replacement property in comparison to the bungalow currently in place.
However, officers involved in the case said the proposals would not impact on the visual amenity of the neighbouring properties or wider area, and the plans were approved.
