A housing association which manages hundreds of properties in Three Rivers scooped up two awards at a national ceremony last week.
Thrive Homes, which owns and manages more than 4,100 rented and leasehold properties in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, won two categories in the national Housing Innovation Awards 2014 last Thursday (February 6).
The housing association was named Most Innovative Small Housing Provider and also won the award for the Most Innovative Use of Community Engagement.
Elspeth Mackenzie, Thrive’s chief executive, said: "This is a fantastic result and demonstrates the quality of what we do at Thrive Homes every day.
She added: "We have always been determined that Thrive would not be just another stock transfer.
"We set ourselves ambitions to achieve a great deal for the residents and communities where we work."
