Two men have been arrested after a stolen car was brought into the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency branch in Watford.
Hertfordshire Constabulary was called to the test station, in Caxton Way, Watford Business Park, this morning after staff became suspicious about a BMW 3 Series.
Officers later confirmed the car was stolen.
A 32-year-old man from Kingsbury, in north London, and a 34-year-old man from Stanmore were apprehended at the scene.
They have both since been arrested on suspicion of theft of a motorvehicle.
