An appeal has been lodged by Zen Developments against a council's decision to refuse the demolition two Radlett houses to build five new homes.
The proposal to demolish 47 and 49 Homefield Road has been refused twice by Hertsmere Borough Council on the grounds of it being an overdevelopment.
The appeal was lodged on February 11 and will be determined on the basis of written representations.
