Police called to multi-storey car park over concerns for safety of two men
Police have closed off a road in Watford town centre after two men have been spotted on top of a multi-storey car park.
Officers were called to Kings Car Park, off Beechen Grove, by members of the public concerned about the pair at 4.04pm today.
Hertfordshire Constabulary has cordoned off the service road to the car park while the incident is ongoing.
