An Abbots Langley woman is organising a pamper evening to raise money for the Hospice that cared for her mother in the days before her death.
Joanne Hall, of Berkeley Close, is hosting a Clarins summer event to raise money for the Hospice of St Francis.
Ms Hall’s mother, Angela Hall, died of ovarian cancer in September 2012 at the age of 51.
Last year she organised a similar event and it raised over £1,200 for the hospice, with 120 women in attendance.
This year’s pamper evening will take place on Tuesday, May 13 between 7.30pm and 9.30pm in Shendish Manor, Apsley. There will be a raffle and a bar on the night and tickets will cost £10 each.
For further information or advance tickets contact Ms Hall on 07849987622 or joanne_h88@hotmail.co.uk
