A man is in custody after being arrested for allegedly being drunk and disorderly on a train last night.
Hertfordshire police and British Transport Police (BTP) were called at 5.33pm after reports that a male had been detained on the train travelling from London Euston towards Crewe.
A BTP spokeswoman said: "BTP officers were called to Watford Junction station on Monday, March 3 after reports of a disturbance onboard a train.
"Officers from BTP and Hertfordshire Constabulary attended the incident, which was reported to BTP at 5.33pm.
"A man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly. He was also arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and remains in police custody."
