An appeal has been launched against Hertsmere Borough Council’s decision to reject the construction of a four bedroom house at the Three Horseshoes in Letchmore Heath.
The application by Garry Dunks was turned down because its proposed size was deemed too big and would not be in keeping with the character of the surrounding area.
The appeal will be determined by the written recommendations procedure.
