Youngsters at a school in north Bushey swapped their traditional uniforms for outfits of their favourite literary characters to mark World Book Day.
Staff and children dressed as various popular fictional characters at Highwood Primary School.
As part of the celebrations, children had to guess which teacher was in the correct Where’s Wally costume.
Donna Reeves, teacher and library manger at the school, said: "It was a such fantastic day. All of the children looked great, and made an amazing effort."
