Two men have been charged in connection with the killing of a young father, who died following an incident at Costco, Bushey.
Patrick O’Driscoll and James O’ Driscoll have been charged this week, 10 months after Prasanna ‘Nick’ Arulchelvam, 34, was discovered in the car park of the outlet store, in Hartspring Lane, with fractured skull and other injuries.

The father-of-one, who lived in Watford, passed away from his injuries weeks later at St Mary’s Hospital, in London.
Patrick, 33, of Purkiss Road, Hertford, has been charged with murder, and James, 45 of Hamlet Hill, Roydon ,was charged with manslaughter.
Both men will appear at Hatfield remand Court today.
