Concert to raise money for Alzheimer's in Bushey today

A concert to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s will take place in Bushey this evening.

St James’s Church will be hosting the event for Alzheimer’s Society, who work to improve the quality of life for people affected by dementia.

The concert will take place at St James’s Church at 7.30pm.

As it happens I received this email a few hours ago; it may be of assistance to help slow down Alzheimers or even to prevent it in the first place; it's from a 'Dr. Mercola' in America, and he has an online newsletter that I subscribe to: 'Key Dietary Strategies to Protect Yourself from Alzheimer’s'.
It's basic tenet of cutting down on sugar, and eating more healthy fats sound like good sense to me. And the use of coconut oil in particular.
