An infant and nursery school in Radlett will be able to create a vegetable patch after a cash boost.
St John's Infant & Nursery School recently received £250 towards the patch.
Sue Cassey from St John's said: "The children are looking forward to creating a garden area where they can grow vegetables. This will be a wonderful learning opportunity for them to watch the development of the plants from seed to the end product, through their own hard work."
The money came from the council’s ward improvement initiative scheme.
