Members of a national women’s organisation from Bushey will be taking part in 220 mile cycle ride from Southport to Skegness over the Easter weekend for charity.
Ladies Circle’s ‘Pedal for Pounds’ bid is in aid of the mobility charity Whizz-Kidz giving disabled children and young people the freedom and independence to live their lives to the full by providing customised mobility equipment.
Local Ladies Circle chairman Lou Caplan from Bushey said: "Ladies Circle is all about having fun and giving something back to the community. What better way to combine these two elements than to rise to this challenge. This event has enabled everyone to get involved, by either cycling part or all of the distance or by helping everything to run smoothly across the four days."
There will also be other riders from the Bushey & Oxhey Round Table.
To donate click here or by text, messaging NALC99 and the amount you wish to give to 70070.
