Council announces Easter rubbish collection plans

Dacorum Council has announced the rubbish collection plans for the Easter period.

Residents who usually have collections on Friday will be unaffected by Good Friday, but anyone whose waste is usually collected on a Monday will have to wait a day longer for their rubbish to be collected.

As a result of Easter Monday, where no collections will be taking place, all collections for the following week will be a day later than usual.

  • Monday April 21 will have their rubbish collected on: Tuesday April 22.
  • Tuesday April 22 will have their rubbish collected on: Wednesday April 23.
  • Wednesday April 23 will have their rubbish collected on: Thursday April 24.
  • Thursday April 24 will have their rubbish collected on: Friday April 25.
  • Friday April 25 will have their rubbish collected on: Saturday April 26.

Services will return to normal from Monday 28 April.
