Firefighters extinguish rubbish fire near hospital

Firefighters were called to land near Watford General Hospital this afternoon after reports of rubbish on fire.

Two crews from Watford were called to Cardiff road at 1.41pm and found a large amount of rubbish on fire on waste ground.

One jet was used, and the fire has been listed as deliberate.
