Walk for Arthritis Care this weekend
The Watford branch of Arthritis Care will hold its annual "Fit for Life" sponsored walk at 10am on Sunday.
Walkers will meet at Cassiobury Park and walk along the canal to see the blue bells and the woodlands.
There is a choice of either an easy, push/wheel chair friendly 1.5 mile walk along the canal or a five mile walk through the country side.
