M25 fully reopened following diesel spill
The M25 has fully re-opened after three lanes were closed for nearly four hours.
A car collided with two lorries between Junction 18 (Chorleywood) and Junction 19 (Watford) and 100 litres of diesel spilled across three lanes.
Nobody was injured in the incident.
