Police are hunting thieves who stole a £6,000 motorbike from a residential street in north Watford.

The black Suzuki GSXR 600 K8 was stolen from Sandringham Road during the night between 11pm on Thursday, April 24, and 1am on Friday, April 25.

The thieves cut through a chain securing the motorbike to a lampost on the street.

The motorbike had a distinctive scorpion black carbon exhaust and R&G protection all round.

Officers are appealing for information to trace three men they believe may have information which could assist them with their investigation.

PC Nicola Simons, investigating the theft, said: "Is this you? - Or do you recognise these men? We are keen to speak to them as we believe they may have vital information which could assist our investigation."
