Brilliant, even the Banks cannot afford decent CCTV, you would expect a high res pic would you not?, this is tantamount to mr patels newsagents CCTV system at the bottom of my road, AND he's a nice chap, if I am 1 or 2p short I can pay back in instalments, as long as i take packages from one address to another which is easy because i own a push bike...

This Guy was hanging around Bushey for an hour & they couldn't find better pictures\footage from the area than this? I thought CCTV was supposed to be keeping us safe? just as well this wasn't spontaneous or he'd be a Blur ...oh, wait...

I have better cameras in my newsagents AND I'm a nice chap. Even let my customers have credit when they're a penny or two short (help the needy is my motto.) ...as long as they run errands for me.

You would imagine that a bank would have better cctv but I also suspect if you did know the robber that the above would give you enough to recognise them
