Police have released CCTV images of a man after a bag was stolen from a South Oxhey building site last week.
Hertfordshire Constabulary has released the images following the theft from Clitheroe Gardens between 2pm on Thursday, May 8 and 8am the next day.
The black Slazenger rucksack, containing a black Sony Xperia Z1 mobile phone, a brown leather wallet with a red stripe, cash, bank cards and driving licence, was stolen from a parked van at the site
Neighbourhood sergeant Luke Mitchell is investigating and said: "We would like to speak to the man pictured as it is believed he may have witnessed the theft or have information that may assist our investigation. If anyone recognises the man, or if he recognises himself, please contact me straight away.
"Equally, if anyone is offered the items stolen for sale, or knows of their whereabouts, or has any other information about the theft, please contact me immediately."
