A husband and wife have been charged after two missing people were found at a Watford taxi business.

Khalid Chaudry, 52, and Rubina Chaudry, 45, both of Albert Road North, were both charged with false imprisonment yesterday.

Mrs Chaudry was also charged with causing actual bodily harm. The move comes after police located a man and a woman at the taxi company in Watford Junction station on Wednesday night after concerns had been raised for their welfare.

Two other men were arrested in connection with the incident, a 49-year-old from Watford and a 49-year-old from Luton, have been bailed until next month.

Hertfordshire Constabulary said two other men have since been arrested and remain in custody.
