Conservative mayoral candidate, Linda Topping, tells people in Watford why they should make a mark next her name on Thursday.
Mrs Topping is hoping to better her party’s second place finish in the 2010 mayoral election.
She chose St Albans Road as the location of her interview to show how integral improving the town’s shopping parades would to a Conservative town hall administration.
