Toddler locked in car rescued by firefighters

A two-year-old child who became trapped in a car in Watford has been rescued by firefighters.

The child's mother called the fire service at 2.51pm today after her son became locked in her car.

A crew from Garston Station attended and released the toddler from the vehicle in Longspring.

Mum and son were reunited shortly after 3pm.
