A third person has been charged after two missing people were found at a taxi company’s building in central Watford.
Hamzah Chaudry, 25, of Albert Road North, has been charged with kidnap and false imprisonment and has been remanded in custody to appear in court later this month.
It comes after Khalid Chaudry, 52, and his wife Rubina Chaudry, 45, both of Albert Road North, were charged with false imprisonment in connection with the case. Mrs Chaudry has also been charged with causing actual bodily harm. Both are also set to return to court later this month.
The charges come after police located a man and woman who were missing at the building at Watford Junction station last Wednesday.
Hertfordshire Constabulary said two other men arrested as part of the investigation - a 49-year-old from Luton and a 49-year-old from Watford are on bail until June 7.
A further man was also since been arrested as part of the investigation - a 20 year old from Watford has been bailed.
Police have today arrested seventh person, a man from Watford, in connection with the investigation.
