The families of two soldiers killed in Afghanistan are undertaking a 100 kilometre walk from London to Brighton to raise money for military charities.
Cpt Tom Sawyer RA, 29 Commando, was killed in action on January 14, 2009.
Cpl Chris Harrison from Garston, 40CDO Royal Marines, was killed in action on May 9, 2010.
Sue Sawyer, of Blackwell drive, Watford, who is completing the London2Brighton Challenge as part of Team Tom, said: "Thanks to everyone who has supported us, particularly our families and friends who have helped with the training and fundraising and all those who have sponsored us. See you at the finish line."
Funds raised from the walk in memory of the two men will be donated to Combat Stress, Royal Marines Charitable Trust, Royal British Legion, Help for Heroes, Diabetes UK and Watford Mencap.
Team Tom is Sue Sawyer, Don Whiteman, Stuart Sawyer, Bob Billett, Suzy Ashwood, Julie Gordon and John Langhorne.
Team Chris is Martin Harrison, Russell Harrison and Terry Holland.
