Woman pronounced dead after collapsing at Tesco Extra, Watford

A woman has died after collapsing at Tesco Extra in Watford.

Police and paramedics were called to the supermarket, off Dalton Way, at around 5.30pm today.

Officers also closed the road into the supermarket as an air ambulance landed in the car park.

Hertfordshire Constabulary said the woman, who was said to be in her 60s, was later pronounced dead at the scene.
