Plans to open Chinese therapy centre in Euston Avenue to be discussed by council
A planning application to turn a vacant shop into a Chinese therapy centre with two treatment rooms will be discussed at Watford Borough Council development control committee on Thursday, June 6.
The application for 70 Euston Avenue states a change of use from shop unit to massage treatment studio.
The committee will debate the council's recommendation to grant planning permission.
