A church in Bovingdon will be holding its second annual fete next weekend.

St Lawrence Church, Church Street, will be hosting live orchestra performances and pony rides throughout the day on Saturday, June 14.

Children will also be able to take part in traditional races, such as egg and spoon and sack races.
Local produce and refreshments will also be available throughout the day.

Reverend Charles Burch said: "We want this to be a real community event where the people of Bovingdon can come and enjoy traditional games and past times in the beautiful setting of our church and church yard."

The event will begin at 2pm and finish at 5pm, with all events taking place in the church yard.
