The Lego Group celebrated the first anniversary of its Intu Watford store at the weekend with a free building bonanza event.
Visitors to the centre helped build a two metre high Lego City police officer, with a Duplo bricks area set aside for younger children.
The budding builders received advice as well as building tips and tricks, and the Lego store mascot, Tom, popped by to say hello and pose for photos with shoppers.
The store has provided a mix of 12 full-time and part-time roles since its opening in March of last year.
