The erection of a large tap-like structure on Water Lane, Watford, bamboozled town folk this week.
Sculptures have been placed around the town and surrounding area as part of Watford Museum’s new art trail.
The works are still covered until a big unveiling on Monday, June 9.
The art trail features the new Colne River sculptures and will be officially opened by Watford’s elected mayor Dorothy Thornhill in the Waterfield Recreation Ground near the entrance to Shaftesbury Road at 2pm.
