Watford Mencap to hold event in town centre today
Clients, volunteers and staff at Watford Mencap will be celebrating Learning Disability Week in Watford town centre today.
BSV Jazz Band will be playing outside Ladbrokes and collecting money for Watford Mencap and the cash donated will be doubled by the turf accountants.
The fundraising and awareness initiative will conclude on Sunday, June 22, when residents of Berrywood, another Watford Mencap home, will be taking part in a sponsored swim at The William Penn Leisure Club.
