A cheerleading and dance group from Abbots Langley entered its first ever cheerleading competition last weekend.
Twisted Cheer and Dance competed at the Summer Showdown 2014 at the Guildford Spectrum on Sunday June 8, despite having just three months to prepare their routine.
The team, whose ages range between 8 and 14, performed a two and a half minute routine that included stunts, gymnastics and dance.
Ben Vasey, head coach of Twisted Cheer and Dance said: "I am extremely proud of all the athletes and they did amazingly well. Their hard work and dedication really paid off."
