People in Hertfordshire have a few days left to have their say on proposals to redraw the county’s political map.

The Local Government Boundary Commission is currently looking at the representative divisions that make up Hertfordshire County Council.

The government body is aiming to redraw the divisions so each represents a similar number of people.

People in Hertfordshire are currently represented by 77 councillors at county hall.

The commission has agreed with council that the number of councillors, who each receive a basic allowance of £9,684, should remain the same.
