The Watford Observer’s second family fun day run in conjunction with Bushey Sports Club will be held on Sunday, July 6.
It promises a great day’s entertainment, with a challenge football match between legends from Watford FC and Arsenal, funfair rides, a car show, penalty shootout competition, dance shows, morris men, barbecue, bar and raffle.
The event will raise cash for the Watford Observer’s chosen charity for the year, Signpost, which provides advice, comfort and a friendly ear, to troubled young people living in south west Hertfordshire who may be in danger of harming themselves.
But your charity can benefit too from this year’s event. If you would like to man a stall and raise funds and the profile of your charitable organisation, contact our promotions manager Ellen Dean on 01923216370 or email her on edean@london.newsquest.co.uk.
It will cost just £25 to organise your charity stall, but you will have to get in quick because time, and space at the showground in Aldenham Road, Bushey, is running out.
