Police called to Pepe's Piri Piri after reports of a man with a knife

A man has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon after an incident at a West Watford chicken restaurant.

Police were called to Pepe's Piri Piri, in Whippendell Road, at  8.15pm on Tuesday after reports of a man with a knife.

Dwayne Butler, 26, has since been charged and is due to appear at Hatfield Remand Court tomorrow.
