Watford Observer: Croxley Green road shut for carriageway resurfacing Croxley Green road shut for carriageway resurfacing

A main Croxley Green road will be closed today so the carriageway can be resurfaced.

Baldwins Lane will be shut from the junction of The Green to the junction of Watford Road from 9.30am to 3.30pm.

The work begins today and is due to be completed on Wednesday.

A diversion route is in place along The Green and Watford Road.

Eurovia will be carrying out the work on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council.

What about New Road!?! As a road surface it is abysmal as is the half of Barton Way that was left unsurfaced when they inexplicably repaired the better half of the road last year!

Can't believe the about of motorists who still insist in using the road even though it is CLOSED!!!!! Lots or work vehicles & men trying to work & constantly having to 'accommodate' car drivers. Unbelievable!
